MLG and KeSPA Announce Partnership

ImageToday, MLG has announced an exclusive multi-year global parternship with the Korean eSports Association (KeSPA).

The partnership will mark the first time that KeSPA players will be allowed to compete in MLG events as well as compete in the United States.

The partnership will kick off during the MLG Spring Champonships in Anaheim. On June 9th, KeSPA Pro Players will compete in a Starcraft II exhibition tournament The players will all be selected from top KeSPA team and will be announced in the upcoming weeks.

Sundance DiGiovanni, CEO of MLG, commented on the partnership:

The Spring Championship in Anaheim will be the largest MLG yet with thousands of fans going to the Anaheim Convention Center and tons more watching the streams at home.
