Riot have been working out a brand new version of their well known Refer-a-Friend model. If you want to catch up with the changes and wonder if switching to the new system could be in you favor, check out this post.Riot are now offering a whole new version of the popular Refer-a-Friend program. This program has been build to give you a possibility of sharing your love for League of Legends with your friends, family and anyone else you know and invite them to come play with you.
Here is a little overview concerning a few features of Refer-a-Friend 2.0:
If you've been very successful with the old Refer-a-Friend model so far, the decision of how you want to pursue is up to you: You have the possibility of switching to the new system and achieve some instant rewards, or you can stick to the original program and continue chasing after the rewards you were originally heading for. In case you want to make any changes, log into your Refer-a-Friend account page to check out further details.

Here is a little overview concerning a few features of Refer-a-Friend 2.0:
・ User friendly referrals – Your friends can simply enter your summoner name or email at the time they sign up. You can also send your friends your unique referral code via email or through your preferred instant messaging service.
・ Earn IP for every referral – Every time one of your referrals reaches Level 5 you’ll be the proud recipient of a 250 IP bounty.
・ Milestone rewards – When your friends reach Level 10 they’ll earn you points toward even more exciting rewards like exclusive skins, forum titles, Riot Points and more!

"1. Some referrals aren’t showing up for some of you. We’ve identified this as a display issue – no data is lost at this time. All of your referrals should make it into the system as time progresses.
2. If you opted to redeem your rewards using the old system, there’s no navigation back to the webpage that allows you to opt into the new system. We’re fixing the navigation issue, but you will be able to switch over.
We’ll have further updates as we tackle these bugs and improve the experience for you."
