It's not about the reward, it's about your "hiring" policy. You want to have everything the easy way and for free.
Well, I'm sorry but if you want to be involved with journalism, you'll think first why will you spend all your time and what would you get.
Yeah, sure "experience" is quite the reward that you can get almost everywhere and not to mention web sites that give you real experience.
Let's just say in short that if you want to be a journalist you'll need a whole lot more experience than e-Sports can give you. Later you can always switch to the e-Sports scene when you have enough experience but the other way around is just absurd.

You are welcome to that opinion but all I will say is SK's reputation for having people go on to bigger better things speaks for itself.
