Stockholm, Sweden, 20th April 2006 – We are proud and happy to announce that today eSport has taken a major step forward, towards a truly professional sport, by the launch of the G7.
Seven of the most well known, respected as well as successful gaming organizations have joined forces to form the G7 federation, created for gamers by gamers. G7’s ambition is that more gaming organizations will see the added value and purpose of a “joint voice” representing teams and organizations and that the G7 can therefore expand as an eSport federation.
Founding Members of G7:
1. 4 Kings
2. Fnatic
3. Made in Brasil
4. Mousesports
5. NiP
6. SK-Gaming
7. Team 3D
Mission Statement of G7:
The G7 teams have been formed to promote the cooperation, and unity between professional electronic sports (eSports) teams.
G7 aims to:
- Improve and represent eSports in all its aspects, as well as provide a platform for stability for member teams
- Provide a communication channel for the community to improve eSports, through the unification of teams
- Strive to achieve the following; cooperate with leagues and tournament organizers, standardize player transfers amongst teams, represent stability for players signed to member teams, provide a professional, information based website about eSports.
G7 will be very active in the gaming community i.e. giving our feedback on rules and regulations for various tournaments, support serious and professional companies arranging tournaments e.g. in which prize money are allowed to be paid out on time, that equipment for matches is of a high standard making the matches as competitive and fair as possible.
G7 will raise the voice of the member teams, as well as support tournament organizers to make
competitions and tournaments as professional as possible with the highest possible level of achievement. Our ambition is that teams, sponsors as well as all fans and spectators shall without any doubts get the best possible experience out of eSport.

anyway complexity should be there tooo
The rest are no-brainers. 4K, SK, mouz, mibr.. NiP has grown considerably. Fnatic is new but dominated the WT, have a great cs team, and a good wc3 team.
So there are 2 germans and the other countries have one clan representing.
Due to the fact that germany has by far the most advanced esports league in europe/usa and by far the biggest sponsors in europe/usa its okay I think.
gj !
WTF, you dont need a thing like this.
the players have own Private Lan,
they live in a big apartment,
the can travel around the world bootcamping,
they have 3 teams.. 2 competitive in world scene,
they are partner of big organizations like shuttle, sennheiser,
mibr is sponsoring the CPL Brazil 2k6
mibr have under his tag the best players in America scene..
cogu, kikoo, nakano, pava, BTT, bruno..
Cogu and KIKOO are in All Stars game..
www.wNv.com.cn
yeah... mibr owner (Paulo Velloso, pred's dad) is very rich =) and its looking like he enjoy putting money on esports
btw mibr will start this year to put on some "Mibr Gamers Club" all over brazil, the actual goal is putting at least 6 Gamer CLub trough the Capitals here, and make periodic leagues and sponsor players O.o
oh.. the gamer clubs will be like lan houses or so
:]
An organization like this needs strength and with these teams onboard they definitely got what it takes.
The G7 is a great concept and I really hope it will work out the way the founding organizations wants it to be.
I dno, it's just a question...
