Starladder qualifiers recap
Both Starladder Qualifier tournaments have concluded, and the participants in the StarSeries ladder are in.

Both Starladder Qualifier tournaments have concluded, and the participants in the StarSeries ladder are in.Over the past few weeks, the qualifying tournaments for the Starladder Star Series were held, to decide the teams joining up with the previously announced invitees to fight it out in the StarSeries fora spot in the finals.
The first qualifier was organized for Russian participants only. The victors of the tournament,
Sergey 'Garrid' Barinov and
Igor 'BCAA' Shtan'ko, were actually already invited, though
Dima 'bloodless' will likely be replacing
Leo 'Zephyk' Strokov. Because of this, only three new teams entered the pool, leaving an additional slot to be filled up later.

The second qualifier was open for all countries, but despite this, the tournament was still dominated by Russia, with only two European teams breaching the Ro8. To make up for the fifth slot as well as one of the teams,
Going Bonkers, cancelling their participation, the Open Qualifiers had six qualifying teams.

The sixteen teams will now participate in the StarSeries ladder in a round robin format, in order to determine the four best teams to face off in the LAN finals in Kiev. The ladder should start off April 14th with Russian streaming by Cyberarena.tv and English streaming by SemmlerTheRiot.
