Official M5 apologises for IPL4 behaviour

ImageM5.LoL apologies to the League of Legends for their bad behavior in the IPL4 qualifier.

In the first game of the best of 3 round against USMonoesports, RUMoscow Five made some inappropriate comments during the first game. Convince yourself by taking a look at the chat.

Due to a bad latency (approx. 300 ms), which made last-hitting, engaging and fighting a pain in the neck, M5 were in a tense mood. Writing a 'LOL' into the chat after Monoesports killed an enemy was the straw to break the camel's back. However, this does not excuse M5's bad manner by any means.

The negative reaction of the community obviously made Moscow 5 think about their unprofessional behavior, which they were known for. For e.g. they never wrote 'gg' after losing to someone, which is considered as an unsportsmanlike behavior.

After RUAlexey 'Alex Ich' Ichetovkin made a statement on the forums, they released an official apology video recently.

RUAlexey 'Alex Ich' Ichetovkin in the video:

"We just wanted to apologize for our behavior to the team Monoesports, to the English community, to the Russian community. Our behavior was really awful."

As they are obviously showing regret, it is a huge first step to an improvement. Way to go, Moscow 5!
