The next champion to join the league might have been spotted. Several players noticed that the PBE server updated. That update includes a lot of files called “Fiora” in the champions section. It isn't 100% official yet, but it's very likely that Fiora is going to be the next champion to fight on the fields of justice.
Unfortunately Fiora will not be the long awaited new support champion. Instead, she's looking like another top lane / jungle assassin. As this information is a leak, the abilities can still be tweaked a bit, however this is what her abilities will most likely look like after being released. Let's take a look at her skills:

With her passive looking great, she will have excellent survivability in the jungle AND on a solo lane.
Played as a jungler, her ganks, assuming she has a red buff, sound really scary. Just imagine an enemy jungler dashing towards you twice and increasing her movement speed whilst slowing you because of easy auto attacks. However her jungle clearing speed might not be as great as others.
On solo lane, her dashing and movement abilities might make her a nightmare to lane against. Due to all of her abilities, especially her double dash, most trades will easily end up in favor of Fiora.
All in all Fiora sounds like a pretty strong champion, although the numbers in terms of damage and cooldowns are still unsure. More information to come soon.

As this information is a leak, the abilities can still be tweaked a bit, however this is what her abilities will most likely look like after being released. Let's take a look at her skills:
Passive - Duelist: Fiora regenerates health over 6 seconds each time she deals damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
Q - Lunge: Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within a couple seconds at no mana cost.
W - Ripost: (Passive) Fiora's Attack Damage is increased. (Active) Fiora parries the next basic attack from a champion or monster and reflects magic damage back to the attacker.
E - Burst of Speed: Fiora gains Attack Speed for a couple seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed, stacking.
R - Blade Waltz: Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions dealing physical damage. Successive strikes against the same target deal less damage.
