Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund is statistically the second best player of 2011, as rated by HLTV.org. The Swedish talent managed to end 2011 on a high, being statistically the best fragger of the year as well as taking the most kills (2070). As well as this, he was also proven to be statistically the best rifler and the best with the AK47.

2011 saw Alesund march his team, SK Gaming to victory, taking a number of major titles in the year, such as ESWC, IEM6 GC New York and GameGune. His best event was ESWC, where he came out with the second best rating (1.36), and was also selected for the All-Star line-up by HLTV.org. Alesund managed to create some momentous memories during the tournament, by winning six clutch rounds in total. His game was stepped up in the semi-final of the tournament against German side mousesports , where Alesund managed to come out of the map mirage with an impressive 23:10 score, helping SK Gaming secure their spot in the final where they faced Natus Vincere .
