, SK Gaming's South Korean Protoss representative from oGs, has won HomeStoryCup IV, sweeping Sang-Hwan 'Sound' Bae 4:0 in the Bo7 final. MC takes home at least $7,500, and since he had already qualified for the IEM VI World Championship his spot goes to third place finisher Jin-Young 'JYP' Park.

MC only dropped two maps total during his three playoff series, sweeping two opponents along the way. For the whole tournament the President of Protoss went 20-6 in maps.

Sang-Hwan 'Sound' Bae impressed many simply by making it all the way to the final. The little-known South Korean Terran defeated the likes of Stephano, DIMAGA and Grubby to reach the playoffs. Once there he moved past ReaL and viOLet in back-to-back five map series to make the final.







One of the surprises of the tournament was MarineKing once more falling earlier than expected. The multiple time GSL finalist was defeated by viOLet in a full five map quarter-final series.

During HomeStoryCup MC also took part in the player casting of games, featuring in the much appreciated casting team which also had MarineKing and reis on-board.
