We have tournaments being played, sponsors that have been found and a new hero joining the ranks: Gondar.

After many delays the insideDOTA final finally got under way with NEXT.kz playing versus Poor Happy Guys . The Romanians played an extremely strong tournament, losing only 1 game versus mTw in the semi-finals and thus winning the tournament.

Besides the insideDOTA Invitational, the BenQ The Clash 2 tournament was played yesterday as well. In a best of 3 with the third game being an absolute thriller, Natural 9 beat Moscow Five in a final 75+ minutes game. While Natural 9 won the first game with Anti-Mage being too strong, the second game went to Moscow Five because of an amazing game by Sergey 'God' Bragin. In the third game Natural 9 had the upper hand early game but Moscow Five came back very strong at mid game, again because of a strong performance by stand-in Daniil 'Dendi' Ishutin from Natus Vincere . In the end, Natural 9 won the game by outsmarting their opponent with well timed buybacks and taking all of Moscow Five 's barracks forcing them to go all-in and go for the throne in a final push and team fight where Natural 9 took them down one last time.

On a different note, Gods of DOTA becomes LowLandLions . With Dota 2 growing strong, the Belgian organisation was bound to pick up the Dutch veterans from Gods of DOTA . The team finished top8 in both GosuCup 3 and Dota League Cup, second in the 14th season of PL 2b and members of the team finished first and third in the Dotalicious Vouch League.

To conclude, we welcome Gondar in the latest Dota 2 update. While a lot of rumours have been going on about multiple heroes being released including the Invoker, we'll have to do with just Gondar this Christmas. While not being the best choice in competitive games, he certainly is your favourite choice in case you feel like some serious pub stomping. Gondar is a melee stealth assassin able to burst out a lot of damage on first contact. Besides the addition of Gondar, Valve introduces the broadcasting of spectator numbers to players in a game.
