With a total prize pool of $20,000, another big tournament was announced for Dota 2. The Dota 2 Star Championship is held in Kiev, starring the strongest Dota 2 teams. Sixteen teams are competing in the Kiev Cyber Sport Arena, battling for victory. After two Group stages, a double elimination Playoff will decide who earns the first place.

The first matches have been played in Group A, The Retry beat Fos Style while Natus Vincere crushed 3D in 24 minutes. Make sure to check out our tournament page for the complete coverage of the event.
