With the European qualifiers already known, this weekend was the turn of the North American server to find out who be joining the following EU teams:

The final day of qualifying action was one of many surprises, similar to the EU qualifiers which saw top EU teams SK Gaming and fnatic fail to qualify.

In the first round of the upper bracket we saw Team Curse defeat IEM Cologne winners and IEM Guangzhou runners-up Counter Logic Gaming .

The first team to qualify for Kiev was Team SoloMid after TSM defeated Curse in the second round match.

TSM were shrotly to be joined by Dignitas who managed to get the better of v8esports in the second round match.

The third and final team to qualify managed to do it by fighting their way up from the bottom of the losers bracket.

After Goose lost to Dignitas in the first round of the upper bracket they managed to battle their way through the lower bracket. After what must have been an exhausting day with many of their matches going to all 3 games, Goose managed to defeat v8 in lower bracket final to earn their place.
