Groups have been drawn for BEAT IT 2011 happening at DreamHack Winter, with the event holding a $30,000 prize pool. Teams such as SK Gaming and AGAiN will start competing November 25th.

November 24th will see BEAT IT 2011 kick off at DreamHack Winter in

Jönköping. Sixteen teams will battle it out for a part of the $30,000 prize. The groups have been drawn and feature four groups of four teams, with

SK Gaming being placed in Group A.

The top two teams from each group will advance into playoffs, in a best-of-three single-elimination format. Maps for all of the games will be determined at a later stage through the veto method.

The BYOC qualifier will be the first event at DreamHack, and it will find two teams to qualify for BEAT IT. It will start at 17:00CET November 24th. The group stage will begin November 25th at 10:00CET.

1st $16,000 + 5 x MSI GT780DX laptops
2nd $8,000 + 5 x MSI N550GTX-Ti graphics cards
3rd $4,500 + 5 x Z68A-GD65 (G3) motherboards
4th $3,000
