Just an example : eSahara leads SK @ SEC on de_nuke. SK comes back in the game. 2 or maybe 3 rounds remaining in that game. HaRtS called a crazy tactic & with the help of ioRek who played smartly enough, they allowed MAJ3R to grab 4 kills.

HaRtS is a brilliant in-game leader, and MAJ3R also shares his thoughts about how they should play. And Ozstriker brings his experience has a coach.

Maybe you had this wrong feeling because eSahara didn't really pracc for the last couple of months :)

WCG like enemy told u, while they were playing under the name emL (not to mention they had some major issues during ESWC & lost an important game because of that, without any fair reason).
I have also been told that they were praccticing seriously. To be a good tactician you need experience & to understand the philosophy of the game. Nothing else :)

HaRts is a great leader for sure but I would not say is a great tactician, he's definitely a good one, but not one of the greatest, I'd say he actually got few better skills (communication, calmness) than tactic as an in game leader. The thing is he has his own vision of the game, he believes in it and he was really successfull in adapting it with emL, cos the players were perfect for it, sort of a slow style while controlling the whole map, waiting for the ennemy to lost their nerves. But this way of playing reach its limit pretty quickly on the international scene. And it ain't working that good with eSahara at the moment cos SIXER and MAJ3R got different play style. They beat SK on nuke thanks to their t side which was based on direct/rush tactic, and the one you're referencing to ain't from him, it's the adaptation of the "famous" (on the national scene) "Mushkin rush", which became after some adjustments the "Face2Face". Just look at Geno's team ration W/L on nuke and you'll get it. Anyway don't get me wrong, HaRts is a great leader, but you can not give him all the credits on such thing as eS victory against SK when you know the tactics they were using.
