After the false start last night we finally have our matchups set. In the final game of the night we had Won Ki 'FruitDealer' Kim taking down Sang-Ho 'Killer' Shin, and will advance into the semi-finals to play the winner of Benjamin 'Gatored' Brewer and Jung Hoon 'TOP' Kim.

TOP is playing like a beast at the moment - the only player to not drop a series in the group stages, and his opponent Gatored is playing pretty strong, defeating DongRaeGu in the group stages, but losing pretty badly to TT1 - however the match will be PvT, a matchup we haven't seen a lot of from Gatored - so I'd have to say TOP is likely to be the favourite for this match - however, as proven by Yo-Hwan 'BoxeR' Lim a few tournaments ago - having the weight of the audience behind you is a really powerful thing - Gatored is the only remaining American in an tournament based in the US - there will be a lot of folks cheering him on.



On the other side of the bracket we've got an explosive match between Payam 'TT1' Toghyan & Soo Ho 'DongRaeGu' Park in what should be a great ZvP. TT1 has gone rocketing out of his most recent semi-slump, and DongRaeGu is well.... DongRaeGu and always performing well, but his ZvP is not his strongest matchup. I think most people will be favouring DRG for this game, but I'm going to go out on a limb, I think it'll be a lot closer than expected!

Yet another ZvP at the bottom end of the bracket between two powerhouses, Pipe 'KiLLeR' Zuñiga has been on an absolute tear lately with some great showings, and his opponent Samuli 'Elfittaja' Sihvonen has been performing fantastically at this tournament, looking so very strong. This is the one match of the bracket I don't think anyone can say definitively who they think could take this - this match should be highly competitive and I cannot wait for it to begin.
