Jung-Hoon 'MarineKing' Lee defeated Soo Ho 'DongRaeGu' Park 4:1 in the final of GOMtv's Arena of Legends to grab the title and $1,800 for himself. The semi-finals had been two mirror matches as MarineKing took down MMA and DongRaeGu slew fellow Zerg July.

MarineKing is known as the perennial runnerup of SC2 thanks to his second place finishes at GSL S2, GSL January Code S and the World Invitational. As a result many people associate MarineKing with the Kong line of Brood War, following the lineage of legendary Zerg player YellOw's many runnerup finishes in major individual leagues.

Keeping in line with the peculiarities of the Kong line YellOw couldn't win the individual leagues but was able to vanquish his rivals in special events, and here MarineKing has won GSL's first ever special online invitational event.

DongRaeGu is known for his ZvT speciality and is coming off a strong run of tournaments with his 5th placing at MLG Anaheim, 3rd at MLG Raleigh and 1st at the Dreamhack Valencia Invitational.
