Johan 'NaNiwa' Lucchesi has done very well for himself in the world of Starcraft 2, acquiring multiple podium places in various tournament such as HomeStory Cup, the Black Dragon League, ZOTAC Cups, winning second place in the Team Liquid StarLeague, and doing reasonably well in Major League Gaming, where he also won MLG Dallas 2011.

Due to his recent success, NaNiwa gained the ability to travel to Korea to compete in the Global Starcraft 2 League, in terms of success, however, NaNiwa has not done incredibly well in the GSL Code A, however, NaNiwa shined much more the GSL Team League, where he clutched various wins for his foreigner and Korean mix team F.United.

However, despite NaNiwa's success not only in Korea, but also around various countries, according to his team; Dignitas, him and the organization could not reach an agreement on his contract renewal. Thus effectively leaving NaNiwa without an organization or team as of now.

With NaNiwa currently without a team, many are hoping that he will join a Korean team, such as his GSL Team League teammate Jian Carlo Joan Morayra 'Fenix' Alejo, who joined South Korean team Incredible Miracle. However, not all is certain, and still rests on NaNiwa's decision.

NaNiwa will be participating in the GSL Code A October, and has a match tonight against FXO Korea's In Soo 'Lucky' Lee, and will be trying best to make it past the round of 32, and show Protoss power.
