The French Zerg who's been making headlines due to his young age, yet incredible raw talent in Starcraft 2, has recently joined up with North American organization Complexity Gaming.UPDATE: There have been recent news that Stephano has decided to return back to Team Millenium, SK-Gaming at the time does not know the current situation and will update the article as more information is revealed.
Ilyes 'Stephano' Satouri, started his pro gaming career as a very talented Warcraft 3 player, and began his competitive RTS background at the young age of only 14. However, after Starcraft 2 was released, Stephano picked it up, and began to dominate the French Starcraft 2 scene. After picking up Starcraft 2, he joined team Millenium due to his exponential improvement.
Stephano would quickly become a very successful player, and would go on to win the MSI Pro Cup 2011, the Master's Series Finals, and have multiple podium places in the Gigabyte Cup, Sennheiser Cup, and Assembly Summer 2011.
He also participated in the IEM Global Challenge Cologne where he was able to take one game off the Korean Monster
Ho Joon 'PuMa' Lee, who was supposedly Flash's practice partner in Brood War. However, Stephano's greatest success might be his incredible ability to beat very seasoned opponents.
He has beaten several notable players in various tournaments such as,
Mihail 'Kas' Hayda,
Jeffrey 'SjoW' Brusi,
Sascha 'GoOdy' Lupp,
Jonathan 'Jinro' Walsh, and
Chia Yang 'SEn' Cheng, he was also able to defeat SlayerS_BoxeR's apprentice
Seong Won 'MMA' Mun in the recent IGN Pro League Season 3 qualifiers 2-1.
Due to his new found success it seemed that many teams wanted to jump on the chance to sign his young but extremely talented French player, and Complexity jumped on the chance to sign him immediately.
