Last night DTS faced off against KerchNET in the best-of-three grand finals of the WCG Ukrainian qualifier. After winning the first map (de_inferno) with a score of 16:12, DTS found themselves in a stalemate with KerchNET after KerchNET the second map, de_tuscan, with a score of 22:18. On the final map, de_nuke, DTS managed to out-gun KerchNET, winning the map with an 16:11 scoreline to win the finals.

As a result of their victory DTS have secured a slot in the World Cyber Games 2011 grand finals along with travel and accommodation for the event fully paid for by WCG. KerchNET have also secured a slot for the WCG grand final as well as five Samsung phones. It is possible however that Natus Vincere could still attend the event, providing that KerchNET fail to secure funding for their trip to South Korea in early December.

WCG Ukraine 2011 Final Standings:

1. DTS - WCG slot and free travel and accommodation for the event
2. KerchNET - WCG slot and 5x Samsung Galaxy Aces
3. Natus Vincere - 5x cameras

Natus Vincere surprisingly failed to make a top two finish after being defeated by KerchNET with a score of 2:0 (22:18 on de_inferno, 16:11 on de_tuscan) in the semi-finals of the qualifier.
