digifest 2011 Fall has bee announced with a €7,500 (~$10,600) prize purse up for grabs at the event, hosted in Tallinn, Estonia.

digifest 2011 Fall has bee announced with a €7,500 (~$10,600) prize purse up for grabs at the event, hosted in Tallinn, Estonia.From October 28-30 2011, digifest will host their 2011 digifest Fall event at the Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. The event will feature a total prize pool of €7,500 (~$10,600) for Counter-Strike which will be split amongst the top three teams while Consolation prizes will be given to teams placing 4th - 8th.
Earlier this year, digifest hosted an event which was nothing short of a disaster. After moving the event online following technical difficulties at the LAN event it took three months for the tournament to reach the grand finals which disappointingly was cancelled due to personal obligations by some players.
Power Gaming and
Online Kingdom fi decided to split the first place prize of €2,500 (~$3,500) between them, however according to HLTV.org the payments have yet to be paid to the teams. It was also revealed that after the shambles of the previous event, the organsiers have decided to bring in new staff to make the next event run smoothly.
