Evil Geniuses have been forced to pull out of e-Stars Seoul 2011 and as a result paistit have been called in to replace them.

With just two weeks to go until the start of e-Stars Seoul 2011, America's most popular team,

, have been forced to pull out of the event due to "internal affairs".

After failing to find a replacement US team, the organising committee of the e-Stars Seoul 2011 event have decided to award EG's slot to

paistit , a team which came 7th in the European voting poll.

paistit have recently secured a slot in the Global Challenege Guangzhou qualifier after defeating

Lions swe comfortably in the final round of the first preliminary qualifier of the event.

e-Stars commenting on the situation:

"Team EG from USA, who was confirmed the final participation on July 5th, had been withdrawn because of internal affairs. Thus, the committee has contacted with other American contingents continuously. Unfortunately, they could not find a replaceable team. As a result, the organizer has decided to add one more seed from Europe, where Counter-Strike 1.6 is welcomed the most.

Accordingly, Paistit (called “Power Gaming” in past), who ranked 7th from the final evaluation in European voting part, is decided to attend e-stars Seoul 2011. Wish Paistit, who participates e-stars Seoul 2011 instead of Team EG, fight well, and also hope Team EG have a good luck."
