Next Evolution take in abandoned Fnatic duo

ImageSpart1e and Strenx's new home, as expected, has been announced.

The two former Fnatic duelers Sebastian 'Spart1e' Siira and Kevin 'Strenx' Baeza have joined up with Next Evolution just 24 hours after getting the boot from their previous organization. Their decision to keep on playing under a new team was announced, but not many would have expected the pair to find support so quickly.

"When Fnatic told me that they would not send me at Quakecon, I was really demotivated and I thought that my Quake career was over," Strenx said on his new team's homepage. "But thanks to Zac, I found an opportunity to go there, and I really appreciate his support. I hope we can do well together, I believe it!"

Nevo's newest signings will be heading out to QuakeCon in August as well as all major events around the globe, according to the release on the Next Evolution website. Plus, Strenx will be flying out to Kiev, Ukraine to bootcamp with the likes of Serious Gaming's Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky and Maciej 'av3k' Krzykowski prior to four days of peace, love, and rockets.

This isn't the first time Next Evolution has entered the Quake scene with former SK man Bogdan 'Bodzo' Mazur once representing the organization, albeit briefly.
