On the Summer plans which would have ruled him out of playing previously:
"I was originally planning on spending time in the US until the end of July but I ended up going in early May and have already returned to Finland. I didn't even touch CS, until now, since Digifest so I've been building a ton of motivation that is being put in use now; CS is surprisingly fun with 10 ping."
How the team came to be formed:
"I talked to BASiC a few months ago about making the best possible lineup in Finland but my plans didn't allow that to happen. We've been putting in a good amount of practice, even bootcamping a few days earlier this week and have already gotten some promising results in ICSC and in practice, so I think this team can go very far once we have more time to gel as a team."
The makeup of the team:
"One thing we paid a lot of attention to when picking these players were roles and playing styles of each player, so for once they're actually really good all around. I'm the in-game leader of the team, BASiC and naSu are the aggressive entry fraggers, aslak is the full time AWPer and plastE is the lurker/backup player."
On the status of some of the other Power Gaming players:
"For those wondering about contE and ruuit: the reasons our old Power Gaming lineup never went anywhere after Digifest and why people got sick of even trying to practice were people not being motivated, not having enough time or simply prioritizing other things so much that CS simply wouldn't fit into the schedule; it's simply not worth just attending events for the sake of going there without being well prepared."
The team's current status:
"Right now we just qualified for the ICSC 8 Finals, to be held in Kiev in under two weeks, so we're looking for an organization to represent who is willing to send us there and other events in the future. If you're interested you can reach me at #paistit on QuakeNet or at paistit@gmail.com"
