After defeating fnatic early in the group-stage and showing great form throughout the weekend, Moscow Five have earned themselves a well deserved slot in the playoff bracket. The Russians will be facing off against Denmark's mTw , a team who have had a shaky start to the event after drawing with KaoS .

In the second quarter-final match, fnatic will clash with Natus Vincere in a best-of-three map series. Fnatic have so far this tournament proved to be off key, losing to both SK Gaming and Moscow Five and as a result were almost knocked out of the tournament. In their final match of the group-stage however, fnatic managed to overcome x6tence on de_tuscan with a score of 16:9, keeping the Swedes in the tournament. Natus Vincere on the other hand were denied a first place finish in Group A after being defeated by ESC Gaming swe on de_nuke with a score of 16:9.

On the other hand, SK-Gaming and ESC Gaming have both proceeded to the semi-finals after topping their groups and as a result will play the winners of the quarter-final matches.

The quarter-final matches will begin at a delayed 12:00CET, 2 hours after the original times, due to a late finish to the group-stage. The grand-finals however will still be played out at 21:00CET on the main stage.
