With the first match between SK Gaming and fnatic on de_nuke now over, Counter-Strike fans are still none the wiser on who is the most dominant Swedish CS team in the current competitive scene with both teams picking up 15 rounds in the frankly epic battle.

SK Gaming vs fnatic - 15:15 on de_nuke

fnatic began their campaign as Counter-terrorists, taking the first round after negating an attempt to push up rafters into heavens. Following their pistol round victory, fnatic were able to take first three rounds with their superior weapons.

The first buy round began with a heavy period of wall spamming by SK and a failure to push into the upper site resulted in fnatic picking up the round followed by the fifth round with their economic advantage. The sixth round however saw SK aggressively push squeeky into upper site and lock the bombsite, resulting in the teams first round win. After swinging the momentum in thier favour, SK managed to take another three rounds in a row, however fnatic denied them the opportunity to break even on the tenth round. On the 11th round, Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund managed to get the bomb down on lower site and win a 1 on 1 clutch against Patrik 'cArn' Sättermon with just 24hp. From there, both teams continued to trade rounds with SK taking rounds of fnatic with their favourable upper site pushes and fnatic taking out SK on bombsite retakes. In the end however, SK managed to pull ahead ever so slightly from fnatic with the first half score being 8:7.

After finishing the first half on fire with over 20 points, Patrik 'f0rest' Lindberg's wildfire spread to the second half of the map where he took out four players on ramp with a usp in the first round, bringing SK into an early lead. With M4s, SK managed to easily clean up a vent jump and on the third round ... the tide turned in fnatics favour. fnatic armed up with whatever they could get their hands on and pushed the lower bombsite. Their gamble of buying early paid off and they took their first Terrorist round. From there, both teams once traded punches. Within the battle, get_right managed to take out three players before Richard 'Xizt' Landström shut him down. xizt however had no plans to give into f0rest and in his efforts managed to get the bomb down before taking out f0rest to win a 2 on 1 clutch. With punches continued to be traded, fnatic managed to sneak the bomb down to lower and take out the SK players on the final round to being the score to 15:15, a draw.
