Last week, Markus 'pronax' Wallsten told HLTV.org that his team would be departing from RAGE Esports and that their new home would be revealed in the near future. It has now been revealed that ESC Gaming have picked up the Scandinavian CS squad, giving the team an opportunity to attend more events as well as step up their game.

The Scandinavian squad will as a result join the organisations German squad, who recently came second in the German EPS after losing to mouz in the grand finals, in representing ESC Gaming.

ESC Gaming now house the following Scandinavian players:

Andre 'BARBARR' Möller
Andreas 'moddii' Fridh

ESC Gaming have been drawn into Group A of the Intel Challenge Cup 8 second group-stage alongside SK Gaming , munkka and USSR .

Furthermore, the Swedish/Norwegian team will be making their offline debut as ESC Gaming in the Dreamhack Summer 2011 BYOC qualifier which takes place prior to the tournament kickoff.
