Frag eXecutors are the Copenhagen Games 2011 champions after defeating SK Gaming two maps to none in the final. They pocket ~$14,630 along with their new title. After such a tense semi-final the final itself proved fairly mundane as
Frag eXecutors overcame a 5:10 first half score to storm to the title in seemingly no time. 11:3 on their T side of dust2 got them one map under their belt and then on train
SK Gaming seemed either too tired or too frustrated to put up any significant resistance.

Xperia PLAY final standings:
1st
Frag eXecutors - 75,000 dkkr. (~$14,630)
2nd
SK Gaming - 35,000 dkkr. (~$6,827)
3rd-4th
mTw 15,000 dkkr. (~$2,926) *
3rd-4th
Rage Esports 15,000 dkkr. (~$2,926) *
For FX this is a key moment back at the top following their two heartbreaking second place finishes to Na`Vi at the IEM V World Championship and ICSC7. The last event FX won was e-Stars Seoul 2010 and since then they had often reached the podium or the top 4 but not reasonably been close to another title, the two aforementioned losses to Na`Vi excluded. This event also saw them gain a little revenge on mTw after their similarly close series in Kiev at the IEM V European Championship Finals.
* Due to the late finish to the semi-final between mTw and FX the teams who would have played the third place decider, mTw and Rage, agreed to simply split the prize and not play the game.
