Shane 'rapha' Hendrixson has confirmed his participation in the Ultimate Gaming Championship Grand-Final by defeating 
Kevin 'Strenx' Baeza.
The day didn't start out as planned for the ESWC champion, following a following a loss to
Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky, but the American bounced back quickly, defeating his French opponent 2-0.

The Grand-Final will see two best-of-three games being played, with Cypher only needing to win one of those. On the other hand, because Shane has come from the lower bracket, he will need to win both in order to win the $3,100 first place prize.
