ImageWorld famous WC3 star and recent SC2 convert Grubby is no longer a part of the Evil Geniuses organisation.

Evil Geniuses' star Orc player and recent SC2 convert NL Manuel 'Grubby' Schenkhuizen is no longer a part of the American organisation. In a news post released yesterday it was explained that EG "has parted ways with Manuel “Grubby” Schenkhuizen and closed the WarCraft III division indefinitely."

Due to the way it was worded and the phrases used no indication was given in the post as to which party's decision the split was.

NL Grubby made the following statement:

"I would like to thank EG for my time spent in the team. I wish everyone all the best in the future as well. Shout-out to EG.CS, been a pleasure getting to know you and hanging out together."

US SirScoots, Managing Director of EG, said:

"It was an honor to have Manuel representing Team EG around the world. We wish him nothing but good luck in the future."

Grubby joined EG in April of 2009 as a WarCraft III star. During his tenure he was able to place 1st at e-Stars Seoul 2009, 2nd at Blizzcon 2009, 1st at WEM 2009 and 2nd at WCG 2010. In February of 2011 he attended his first official StarCraft 2 LAN tournament in the form of Assembly Winter where he was unable to progress from a group containing SarenS and Tyler.

Grubby has been accepted into the NASL and placed in Division 1, where he will meet former WC3 rival Moon.
