digifest will play out the remaining matches in its tournamet online rather than on LAN.HLTV.org is reporting that the remainder of the digifest tournament's matches will be played online rather than at the LAN location in Talinn, Estonia. Apparently the decision was arrived at by the organisers when a player from RESET installed multiple programs on the computer he was using, causing it to crash. This proved disasterous for digifest as the tournament apparently only had 20 PCs for player use.
The tournament can no longer be played on LAN now due to lack of PCs meaning the tournament could not be finished in time and the players of foreign origin must return home.
nix0n from HLTV.org explains in the comments section of their news post:
This crushing blow not only destroys the credibility of the events' final results, with the losers being able to make the claim they would have won on LAN, but also makes the organisers of the event look incompetent and naïve at best. They had also attempted to make the tournament single map single elimination, until they settled on a poor compromise of a lower bracket but featuring only MR10 (maxrounds 10) The glaring error was then made of not switching teams' side of the bracket as they fell from the winners bracket, meaning a team who lost but then won their lower bracket game could meet the team who had knocked them out once again in quick succession.

Power Gaming are waiting in the final, having yet to lose a game.
Online Kingdom fi are waiting in the consolidation final for the team who will battle through the losers bracket to that point and play them for a spot in the final. In total there remain seven lower bracket games still to be played out.

"As far as I've understood, there were only 20 PC's available, meaning four teams (two matches) could be on at the same time. This meant that every time a match ended, the teams had to unplug and new teams got seated.
With such a tight schedule, it really beats me how you as an organizer can think this would work. Everyone, who just has a little knowledge with CS, knows how many things you have to fix in order for your setup to work, but also how many things can go wrong."
