A legend turns 21 - Kane
In every sport some people stand up out of the mass. They are better than all others and people will remind them for all time. Schroet Kommando has for sure some members who can be called legends but the first one is not active anymore. Back in 1997 Benjamin Kane Reichert founded the clan together with his 2 brothers, Burke and Griff, and a bunch of friends. Today he turns 21 years old and everybody in SK and SK'n says Happy Birthday Kane. Click on "read more" for some more infos.
He became a great dueller very fast and even if Quake was rated 18+ in Germany he was allowed to play with an official permission of his city. In 1999 he was invited to the True Gamers invitational where he faced the best players from Europe and Reload, Australias number one.
He ended up 2nd against the unstoppable Lakerman but his performance was still unbelieveable. A heartbeat final which he could easily have won. Later he switched to Quake 3 and again he became a successfull TDM and duel player, still not at the level as in Quakeworld.
Beside that he always played soccer for his team Rot-Weiss Oberhausen where he has a contract as a professional player and already a couple of games in the second league of Germany.
