ImageIncredible Miracle sees off yet another one of their players to the first place at GSL. Losira managed to defeat Supernova 4:3 to win the Code A grand final.

KR Hwang Kang 'LosirA' Ho is the new Code A champion of the GSL. The Zerg from Incredible Miracle went on a long and hard ZvT crusade and eventually conquered oGs's KR Young Jin 'SuperNoVa' Kim.

All seven sets had to played for the winner to be determined. Supernova won the first game and did an extremely devastating 2-Port Banshee on Xel'Naga but Losira showed an immaculate defence and stellar persistence. Even after losing his expo, all Queens and a lot of Spore Crawlers, the Zerg somehow managed to stabilize and make a comeback in an amazingly epic fashion, using Banelings and Roaches to roll over Supernova's Bio/Tank army.

The next four sets were extremely even with both players most equally matched. The ZvT fandango of Banelings, Marines and Tanks was always so breathtaking and both finalists kept trading sets to each other until they were forced to play a seventh and final set on Crevasse.

Knowing the style of play Terrans like to do on Crevasse, Losira entered the set with the most meta of openings, going 2-Hatch and Gas before Pool, taking a huge risk right from the start. Fortunately for the Zerg, Supernova was going for a quick CC of his own and was not planning an aggression any time soon, thus allowing Losira to macro up to crazy proportions. When the eventual Marine/Tank push commenced, Losira had endless streams of Zerg units (mostly Banelings) and trampled the comparatively puny forces of Supernova.

Thus concludes the Code A tournament and GSL now continues with the last remaining Code S games as well as the up-and-down matches, with the groups for the latter already announced.
