Their day started with a win against the newly homed redCode kr, which was then followed by an even more important win against rivals fnatic .

The side then hit a few bumps in the road, with two draws coming from their next two games against Lions swe and Natus Vincere . But their final game brought about a win against American representatives Evil Geniuses , which saw the side leapfrog from third to first, one point above Ukrainians Natus Vincere .

Much like SK, their day started out with wins against Evil Geniuses and redCode kr, but would then hit a wall after a loss to Lions swe. The Ukrainians then went on to draw with eventual group winners, but picked themselves backup with a win in their final game against fnatic .
