Imagerapha moments ago defeated cypher in a tense 2-1 thriller to confirm his place in the playoffs.

Moments ago SK Gaming's Shane 'rapha' Hendrixson managed to defeat Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky in a tense low scoring three map thriller, which saw two out of those three maps going into overtime.

Even though the first game on Lost World lasted twenty-two minutes, thanks to six overtimes, only a total of three frags took place, two by the man from Belarus, which clinched him the first map point. The following map saw rapha hit back hard, taking Aerowalk nine to six, leaving the final map as a decider. The decider would come in the form of Furious Heights, which again suffered from low scoring and an overtime, but only four additional minutes would settle this, with rapha punishing cypher for his aggressive play to take the map three to two and the map two to one.

US Shane 'rapha' Hendrixson 2:1 Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky BY (Match Information)
Lost World - 1:2
Aerowalk - 9:6
Furious Heights - 3:2

The result means rapha has secured a place in the playoff bracket, were he will face Group A's runner up on Thursday. Meanwhile, with only two wins, cypher will head on home.
