ImageLeague of Legends will feature in the Extreme Masters for the first time and will feature our SK team.

This year will mark the first year where League of Legends will be featuring at CeBIT as part of the Exteme Masters tournament series.

This will be the first offline event featuring League of Legends of 2011, but many more are on the way...

This year, the Extreme Masters World Championship Season 5 finals will be held at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany, from the 1st to the 5th of March 2011. League of Legends will be featured for the first time in an invitational format, with the top players competing for glory and a prize pool of $13,500!

Of course with a top event such as this, our own SK Gaming have been invited and will be there competing to try and bring glory home. This will also be the first offline event for some of our players so it will give them a great opportunity to see what events like this have to offer.

3 more of the top teams in Europe will compete on March 4th with the top two teams advancing to the finals. The finals will begin on Saturday, March 5th at 9:30 am GMT and will feature live shout casting by US David 'Phreak' Turley, who will be onsite in Germany for all of the matches. For those of you who won't be there live in Germany, you will be able to watch the matches live on ESL.TV
