DreamHack's organisation has announced the first three games for their next event, DreamHack Summer 2011.The DreamHack organisation has announced, during the Bloodline Champions release party, the first three games in competition for the Summer event. The event will take place in Jönköping, on 18-21 June. The prizes for these competitions aren't known yet, although it was already stated that there will be $230 000 on prize money for the Summer and Winter events.
The highlight of the announcement goes to the StarCraft II and to Quake Live's Team Deathmatch tournament, as this type of competition hadn't had a place in a major event like this for a while now and will certainly bring in more players to the event, making DreamHack an even bigger event.
