Danish dark horses DK Full Gaming have informed HLTV.org that they will not be attending the IEM V European Championship Finals and furthermore have lost the support of the Full Gaming organisation due to lack of funding.

On not attending IEM AWPer DK Michael 'Friis' Jørgensen said:

"We do not have a full team, and there is no reason to attend an event like that as mix."

Regarding their departure from Full Gaming:

"Full Gaming are not able to provide financial support anymore due to some tax issues in Denmark, we do not have an organisation anymore," Morten "suraNga" Jensen added. Furthermore, wazorN has decided to stop playing."

Full Gaming made their names off of their victory over mTw at the Danish WCG qualifier. In LA at the finals they were shockingly eliminated from the group stage thanks to losses against Entity and B4G, leaving them to watch their fellow countrymen, mTw, play out the tournament to a silver medal finish.

The Danes came back once more to shock the Scandinavian community though at DSRACK #3 where they were able to beat mTw and fnatic in consecutive series to win the event. Days later at KGC #2 Friis and company almost completed the very same feat but fell to fnatic on the last map 14:16 to finish runnersup.

In November the team had brought in three players, replacing the outgoing ArcadioN and karrigan. ArcadioN's brother is the player who has stepped away from the lineup now. tuskizh and Friis were members of the Roskilde Ravens team who had the tournament of the lives to finish 3rd at the previous IEM European Championship Finals, defeating SK Gaming in the 3rd place decider.
