ImageWith a stunning 16:4 victory over Team Alternate mousesports makes themselves the EPS winner once again.

Once again the winner of the ESL Pro Series is Mousesports . In the 17th edition the EPS the clan from Berlin was able to defeat Team ALTERNATE with a never threatened 16-4 victory which let them rake in the prize money of €10,000 for first.

Mousesports performed really impressively today unlike yesterday's Upper Bracket final where they had major issues and had to fight for the victory until the end pretty hard. There was one player's time to shine even in the pistol round: The substitute-player was able to get 3 kills and therefore he made a major contribition to win the round. The match now just turned out to be as easy as the pistol round was: Mousesports established a 7-0 lead which led to Alternate's timeout in order to brace themselves again. But things still went quite smoothly for mousesports since Alternate had no effective tactic to bring mousesports' total domination to an end.

In particular, Team Alternate suffered from the fact that they could not hold the B-spot at any time and so they weren't capable of taking any point until round 10 which they won after Roman 'roman' Ausserdorfer rushed his opponents. But yet this round could not stop mousesports from ending the first half with a comfortable 14-1 lead. During the second half Alternate turned out to be still motivated enough to gain some points but in the end they were not able to threaten the easy walkover from mousesports who never lost their focus.

This glorious victory leaves mousesports behind with only 3 players of their main-lineup due to the fact Navid 'Kapio' Javadi and Fatih 'gob b' Dayik are retiring from any kind of eSports. As for now its not decided who will replace them.

The final results are as followed:
1st: Mousesports €10,000 (~$13,399)
2nd: Team ALTERNATE €5,000 (~$6,699)
3rd: TBH.eSports €2,750 (~$3,684)
