The FIFA Interactive World Cup 2011 (FIWC11) is about to kick off from 1st December...The organization of the FIFA Interactive World Cup 2011 announced the ways to qualify for the Grand Final in the End of 2011. There are as every year, two possibilities. The Online qualifier and live qualifiers around the globe.

Live qualifiers will be held around the globe in the following countries. (date and location weren't announced yet):
Sydney
Sao Paulo
Prague
Copenhagen
Liverpool
Paris
Berlin
Warsaw
Moscow
Madrid
The FIWC11 Grand Final winner will receive $20,000 and a host of prizes from their partners. On top of all this, the FIWC11 champion will also be sent to the prestigious FIFA World Player Gala 2011.

"Online Qualification
On 1 Dec 2010, FIFA will open the first qualifying round for FIWC11 together with tournament partners EA SPORTS and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE). There will be a total of 6 online qualification rounds for FIWC11. Each round will run from the 1st to the 25th day of the month, and will be open to all registered players. Round 1 will start on 1 December and end on 25 December 2010. The sixth and final round will begin on 1 May and end on 25 May 2011. The top two overall players for each of the 6 online seasons will qualify for the Grand Final. That's right, no more zone qualification! It's all or nothing as you battle virtual footballers from all over the world! You can register for each of the six online seasons, that means six chances to win a ticket to the FIWC11 Grand Final!
FIWC11 online qualification will be run on the PS Network and will produce 12 finalists for the FIWC11 Grand Final. Once registered, via EA SPORTS™ FIFA 11 in-game registration on PlayStation®3, every single FIFA11 match that a gamer plays on the PS Network against anybody in the world will count towards their overall season standings."
