The Electronic Sports League has announced that Alternative Gaming have been forced out of the EPS after collecting to many penalty pointsThe German team collected a total of 27 minor penalty points, these points include for example wrong player settings or lack of premium accounts. On top, they recieved one Major penalty point during the season, for using a ringer in a league match.
As a result,
Alternative have gone beyond the penalty limit which sees 35% of the team's won prize-money being reduced and have thus been removed from the league.
This is now the second team to be disqualified from the current EPS season XVII, after mystical Lambda were kicked out due to Gracjan 'kappp' Weber being caught cheating.
This drop put will result in a delete of all played & upcoming matches.
