IEM: MYM files protest after DELTA game

ImageMYM have protested their IEM loss to DELTA, claiming 4 of the Poles didn't use the ESL Wire anticheat during the two maps they won.

HLTV.org is reporting that RU Meet Your Makers ru has filed a protest against PL DELTA following their narrow loss to the Poles, claiming they did not use the mandatory ESL Wire anticheat.

The Russian team claims four DELTA players did not use the anticheat for the second and third maps, instead uploading fraudulant files created days earlier, on October 20th, to make it appear that they did use it. A decision has yet to be made and announced by ESL's tournament admins. It is apparently likely that a ruling in the Russian's favour will lead to a replay of the match and a major penalty point for the Poles.

In the game, which took place yesterday, MYM won the first map in overtime on train, lost the second on dust2 and then barely fell short on the third map, train, 14:16. Crucially MYM lost the two maps they are claiming the Polish team neglected to use the anticheat for.
