GoodGame.ru spoke to coL.br's FalleN about following in cogu's footsteps, representing coL and beating EG at the IEM V American Championship finals.

Gabriel 'FalleN' Toledo of compLexity br. The newest player from South American to set the world alight talks about following in cogu's footsteps, representing coL and his victory over EG at the recent IEM V American Championship final.

Talking about the legendary cogu, whose spot he occupies in a lineup of four ex-MiBR players:

"Cogu was an awesome player and have been maybe the best in the world for a "long" time and I really respect what he did for our e-Sport. It’s good to be compared to someone that can reach what he did because people really like him. However, people sometimes forget what another good players in Brazil did together even with Cogu on the team. We have fnx, nak, and bruno who won a lot of the same tournaments Cogu did and at some point I think Cogu is overvalued compared with these guys."

On coL.br's victory over EG in the IEM V American Championship finals final:

"We were very focused on the match. We had an unexpected hard match against DiNC and somehow I think that match being that hard helped us. We had beaten Evil Geniuses in the Pan-American event here in Brazil and our victory was questioned by some people because they had Tubby instead of their in game leader. So somehow this could be called as our rematch and I knew that it was not going to be easy. They are really good and I’m proud of my team."

Who FalleN thinks is the best AWPer in the world:

"I think Sunde, markeloff, pasha and GoodRifle are memorable snipers."

Since joining up with FireGamers and attending WCG 2009 FalleN has been the main brightspot in the team as they struggled to regain international form but he managed to produce some memorable rounds and single map performances. Now the young Brazilian has blossomed into a devastating player and turned a final with EG which was expected to go to the Americans into one in which he was cast front and center, dealing damage in every imaginable way as he spurred coL.br onto the championship.
