SK Gaming have defeated mTw 2-0 to win the WCG 2010 European Challenge!

SK Gaming have defeated mTw 2-0 to win the WCG 2010 European Challenge!Both SK Gaming and mTw took 2-0 wins in their semi-final games to reach the finals, where they would meet each other in the HoN Super Series Grand-Finals. The final has just finished, seeing the Swedish side SK Gaming taking first place after defeating Danish side mTw 2-0.
SK Gaming 16-10 mTw
(dust2 - 10-5, 6-5)
The first map, featuring dust2, saw the SK Gaming side defending as CT. They quickly opened up a 5-1 lead, which then grew to an 8-1 lead. At that point, mTw hit their stride and won a few rounds to end the half 10-5 in SK's favour. On the change over, mTw clinched the pistol round, were they then extended their lead to 5-0. But a strong push on short A saw Andreas 'moddii' Fridh take out 4 players with his deagle to win the round, which then gave SK the momentum to win the five needed rounds to the first map 16-10.
SK Gaming 16-12 mTw
(train - 7-8, 9-4)
Once again starting as CT, SK took the pistol and four rounds to lead the game 5-0. But round six saw mTw hit back hard, taking the round, then adding another four more to even the score out. From then on, rounds went back and fourth, resulting in a first half score of 8-7 in favour of the Danes.
The second half saw mTw take the pistol and following round, but with SK planting the bomb twice, they bought up on the third to win the round. After that, mTw could only manage to win two rounds, one thanks to Martin Alexander 'trace' Bang Heldt who pulled of a 2v1 clutch. But in the end, SK took the 9 rounds needed second half to win the game 16-12, and match 2-0.
