fnatic won IEM Shanghai in an expectedly comfortable final against TyLoo.raw, minus a little lapse at the end of the second map.fnatic cruised to a two map victory in the final of IEM Shanghai against the heavy underdog TyLoo raw. The first game was a 16:7 drubbing on nuke as fnatic easily held the CT side after giving up a couple of rounds early on.
The second map, train, had fnatic leap out to a monsterous 13:2 lead as CTs only to continue their recent pattern of giving up tons of terrorist rounds, this time 7 rounds to the Chinese side. Virgo was the man doing the damage for TyLoo.raw but his team were too far behind and when fnatic inevitably got some offensive rhythm going then it was soon over.
A second place finish for TyLoo.raw is more than solid for their team in particular being as both fnatic and Na`Vi were on the team list, not to mention WeMade FOX who went out in Group A. For fnatic the victory in the final was somewhat of a formality following their epic victory over the mighty Ukrainians in the semi-final which went right down to the last round before victory was seized.
IEM Shanghai top 4 standings:
1st
fnatic $14,000
2nd
TyLoo raw $7,000
3rd
Natus Vincere $5,000
4th
TyLoo $3,500
