ImageThis weekend will see mousesports compete in the WCG German qualifier using a number of stand-ins.

This weekend will see the WCG 2010 Germany Finals take place in Leipzig, Germany. The event is to last over the weekend and will determine the German representatives for this years World Cyber Games Grand Finals in Counter Strike, FIFA2010, Racing and WarCraft III.

Favourites to win the Counter Strike tournament are mousesports, however WCG rules stipulate that the team must consist of five players from the same nation, which means Fatih 'gob b' Dayik can not compete due to him being Turkish. Coming in to replace Fatih is former mouz member and current backup Christian 'Blizzard' Chmiel, who last year filled in for exactly the same reason.

In addition to this, Dominik 'd0m AZ' Wrabetz and Christian 'crisby' Schmitt will also play under the mousesports banner as Roman 'roman' Ausserdorfer and Antonio 'cyx' Daniloski have opted to not play on the first day due to "private reasons", but they will play on the Sunday.

mousesports lineup for Saturday:
DE Manuel 'tixo' Makohl

DE Christian 'Blizzard' Chmiel
DE Christian 'crisby' Schmitt
DE Dominik 'd0m AZ' Wrabetz

mousesports lineup for Sunday:
