SK Gaming invited to Global Challenge Shanghai
SK Gaming's Counter-Strike 1.6 team has been invited to the first event of IEM's fifth season: the Global Challenge in Shanghai, China.

SK Gaming's Counter-Strike 1.6 team has been invited to the first event of IEM's fifth season: the Global Challenge in Shanghai, China.The fifth season of the Intel Extreme Masters kicks off in just over three weeks in Shanghai, China. The first Global Challenge of the season carries a $57,000 prize purse spread over Counter-Strike 1.6, DotA and Warcraft 3, with Counter-Strike 1.6 receiving a $40,000 share.
ESL have announced the invited participants for Counter-Strike 1.6, which includes recent ESWC winners Na'Vi, runners-up SK Gaming, and fnatic. As well as the monetary incentive, the winner of the tournament will secure a spot at the IEM 2011 World Championship.
