ImageA player who is competing with the Ukrainian team of PinG is breaking the ESWC 2010 Eligibility Rules.

The Ukrainian team of PiNG have been forced to use another player after Emil 'Kucher' Ahundov failed to receive a visa in order to enter France. Replacing Akhundov is a player named Bogdan 'penguin' Marchenko, who is a 12 year old from the Ukraine. According to ESWC rules, PinG's use of Marchenko clashes with ESWC eligibility rules, as any participating players must be at least 16 years old to compete.

An extract from the ESWC 2010 Eligibility Rules

"- The player must be qualified through ESWC National Final or receive an autoberth by ESWC Organizing Committee.
- The player must be at least 16 years old on 30th June 2010.
- The player must be able to prove the nationality for the country that he is representing.
- The player must be duly registered on www.eswc.com."

It has also came to light that Bogdan's family helped cover part of PinG's travel expenses, in return for their son to compete along side them. The teams first game (Match Information) will be against Team EG, who have just lost their first game against Fair Frag.
