SteelSeries' Kim Rom is the subject of the next 1on1 interview. Why does he say that he doesn't "go to work"?

The next 1on1 subject is Kim Rom of SteelSeries. In his time in gaming Kim has been involved as a manager for the Danish clan SoA, running the XplayN website and now is a part of peripherals manufacturer SteelSeries.

Kim describes how he got into gaming, from his time with a commodore 64 to his first contact with CS. He explains that he at one point in time dreamed of becoming a game designer himself. Why is important to him that SteelSeries is owned by the people who run the company? How did the ecomonic crisis affect SteelSeries?
