DreamHack Summer has more participants as Danish side mTw and French team have been added to the list. mTw received the spot which was previously compLexity 's until the Americans declined to attend. Fair Frag won a spot via the Nexen LAN qualifier and will be using Mickael 'mSx' Cassisi as a stand-in for Benjamin 'drizzer' Charnet who has exams.

mTw, with a stand-in, placed second at DreamHack Winter in 2009. After struggling at the two IEM IV events earlier in the year mTw managed to take 3rd place at Arbalet Cup Europe last month, including a victory over mouz.

Fair Frag's roster was perhaps best known for containing the mildly infamous cheater Diodel but for DreamHack Summer the team will be borrowing mSx from Mojawi.

mSx is well known as being one of the world's best individual players and his performances in 2007 helped emuLate to a gold at the WCG, over three of the players currently in mTw. He will be reuniting with ex-emuLate team-mates ioRek and HaRts for the event.
