RGC was always considered better than garena, latency wise i mean. For some reason, the known lag issues between the europeans and Russians of garena, aren't an issue on RGC.
Eventhough Garena has a more entertaining enviroment outside the game, RGC is better where it really counts, in the game.
If the new Prime season would happen on RGC(which i don't think will happen), eventhough in better gaming conditions for the teams attending it, it will be less entertaining for the fan base since RGC doesn't have a built-in streaming aplication and may require third party software for that purpose.
In total 1199 team did register there:

Now there are only 1192.

At pride there will be approx. 400 teams, or even less.
